Use our Size & Fit Guide for exact measurements. If you are between sizes, go one size up for bottoms and one size down for tops. Most customers with a 30–32 inch waist fit comfortably in Medium; 34–36 inch waist fits Large.

Yes — every BASICPLZ bottom is tested for opacity before it reaches you. We use a high-density tech polyester-spandex blend that does not become see-through when stretched. We physically test each style by bending, squatting, and lunging before approving it for sale. If you ever receive a product that does not meet this standard, we will replace it immediately under our 15-day return policy. Our Ascent Edge leggings are a customer favourite for squat-proof performance.

Bottoms (leggings, shorts, track pants): go one size up. Tops (tees, tanks): go one size down for fitted, true size for relaxed. Sports bras: size up in the band, down in the cup. Still unsure? WhatsApp us your measurements and we'll recommend the right size personally.

Yes. BASICPLZ is designed for real women. Our current range goes up to 3XL in most styles with special attention to waist, hips, and thighs for Indian body proportions. Email contact@basicplz.com if your size is unavailable and we'll notify you when restocked.

BASICPLZ sizes are slightly more generous in the hip and thigh area compared to brands that adapt Western sizing (e.g. Decathlon, H&M Sport). Always check our size chart rather than relying on your size from another brand.

BASICPLZ uses a premium tech polyester-spandex blend — typically 88% polyester & 12% spandex for leggings and bottoms. The fabric is moisture-wicking (pulls sweat away, dries quickly) and anti-odour treated. Jackets use heavier-weight fleece-lined or shell fabric depending on the style.

No — our fabric is tested for shape retention across 50 washes. Wash in cold water, gentle cycle, and air dry (no tumble dry). Avoid fabric softener — it coats moisture-wicking fibres and reduces their performance. With care, your BASICPLZ pieces should last 1–2 years of regular use.

Our fabric is dermatologically tested with flat stitching (no raised seam edges). The spandex blend contains no harmful dyes or chemicals. Less than 0.1% of customers have reported any skin irritation. If you experience a reaction, contact us for an immediate exchange.

Absolutely. Our 4-way stretch fabric is ideal for yoga, pilates, dance, and any activity requiring a full range of motion. Flat seams prevent irritation during floor work. Our Cloud Stride flared pants and Cloud Tank tops are particularly popular in the yoga community.
