Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India. Shipping charges (if any) and ETA are shown at checkout after you enter your PIN code.

How long will delivery take?

Metro cities usually deliver faster; other locations may take a bit longer. Your exact delivery estimate appears at checkout and in your tracking link.

How do I track my order?

Use Track My Order with your order ID and email/phone. You’ll also get tracking updates via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can help if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us ASAP with your order ID. Once shipped, cancellations/edits aren’t possible.

My PIN code isn’t serviceable—what can I do?

Try a different address or contact us; we’ll check alternative courier options if available.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 20-day returns on unworn items with tags intact. Start your return from the Shipping & Returns page.

Can I exchange a size or colour?

Yes, exchanges are available if the requested variant is in stock. If not, you can return for a refund/store credit per policy.

How long do refunds take?

Once the return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Received a defective or wrong item?

How do I wash my activewear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Line dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener to preserve stretch and wicking.

Do your bottoms have pockets?

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and select wallets. Options appear at checkout.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, on eligible orders and PIN codes. A nominal COD fee may apply (shown at checkout).

Do you charge GST? Can I get an invoice?

Yes—prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Your GST invoice is emailed after purchase; contact us if you need it resent.

Why was my payment declined?

It could be a bank or network issue. Try another method or contact your bank. If the amount was debited without an order confirmation, it’s usually auto-reversed.
