Easy Return & Exchange Window
You can request a easy return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a Easy Return or Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
How to Start a Easy Return or Exchange
- Visit the Easy Return & Exchange tab in the footer (Quick Links) of our website.
- Submit your request online.
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive updates via your registered mobile number or email.
- Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quick quality check, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately—we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
Easy Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product?
- Submit an exchange request via the Easy Return & Exchange tab
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup
- Once verified, your replacement will be shipped to the same address
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Please note: banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- If more than 5 business days have passed since refund approval, please reach out to us—we’ll help you track it.
