Easy Return & Exchange Policy

At BASICPLZ, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns, exchanges, and refunds easy, simple, and stress-free—because we value our customers.


Easy Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Products must be returned in original packaging

How to Start an Exchange

Need a different size, color, or product?

  • Submit a request via the Easy Return & Exchange tab
  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup
  • Once verified, your replacement will be shipped to the same address

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit the Easy Return & Exchange tab in the header (Quick Links)
  2. Submit your request using your Order ID
  3. Receive updates via your registered mobile number or email
  4. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup
  5. After quality check, your refund will be processed

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Banks or card issuers may take extra time to reflect the amount
  • If it takes longer than 5 business days, contact us—we’ll help track it

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately—we’ll resolve it within 24 hours.
